Inspections of effective use and safety of the state property continue

State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» has carried out an inspection on effective use and safety of the state property located in the Spassky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, assigned on the right of operational management to the institutions subordinated to the Head department of veterinary science of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During inspections the following violations are revealed:

The room with total area of 11.1 sq.m on Alish St., 25 g. in the city of Bolgar are transferred to use of other organization.

Existence of not used state property:

- warehouse brick with total area of 91 sq.m;

- with a boiler area with total area of 280 sq.m;

- cowshed of with total area 1784 sq.m;

- house of with total area 55 sq.m;

- 12 units of motor transport.

3. Real estate objects are destroyed without holding a procedure of write-off

- Building of the practical case with total area of 1196 sq.m;

- building of a vegetable storehouse with total area of 72 sq.m;

- building of the calf house with total area of 529 sq.m.

Statements of inspections of public institutions are drawn up. The report of institution on elimination of violations will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
