The question of granting the land plots for construction of confectionery in the Zelenodolsky municipal district is considered

21.11.2017 the meeting on consideration of the address of the managing director of Group of companies «Akulchev» about granting two land plots located in the Zelenodolsk municipal district for construction of confectionery has taken place in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The First deputy minister of land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov, the first deputy head of Executive committee of the Zelenodolsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Svetlana Kadyrova, the head of department of land resources of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the head of department of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Hayrutdinov and the representative of Group of companies «Akulchev» Sergey Chernukha have participated in a meeting.

A possibility of granting these land plots to Group of companies «Akulchev» have been discussed at the meeting. According to information of the First deputy head of Executive committee of the Zelenodolsky municipal district the specified land plots are leased.

Granting the specified land plots to Group of companies «Akulchev» is possible only after cancellation of contracts of sublease. It is entrusted to Executive committee of the Zelenodolsky municipal district to handle an issue of cancellation of contracts with subtenants and to send information on further actions to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
