Works on the state cadastral appraisal of lands of agricultural purpose in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan are complete
According to the order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 8/28/2017 of No. 1958-r (with amendment dated 9/25/2017 No. 2171-r) the carrying out the state cadastral appraisal of lands agricultural purpose in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan has planned.
Works on the state cadastral appraisal of lands of agricultural purpose in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan are performed by state budgetary institution "Center of the state cadastral appraisal" which is subordinated to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On May 25, 2018 works on formation of intermediate reporting documents are finished by budgetary institution. Being guided by paragraph 8 of article 9 of the Federal law dated 7/3/2016 No. 237-FZ «About the state cadastral appraisal» intermediate reporting documents are sent to body of registration of the rights for check to compliance to requirements to the report.
In case of compliance of intermediate reporting documents to requirements to the report, intermediate reporting documents will be placed in fund of data of the state cadastral appraisal for sixty days for submission of the remarks connected with determination of cadastral cost.
