The regular meeting of the Commission on anti-corruption at the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has taken place
On June 29, 2018 the meeting of the Commission on anti-corruption at the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev has taken place.
The next questions are considered at the meeting of the Commission: results of monitoring of observance of Uniform requirements to placement and filling of the sections of the official site of the Ministry in the Internet concerning anti-corruption approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 4/4/2013 No. 225, questions of development of the legal acts establishing the exhaustive list of criteria of coordination by the authorized ministries of the Republic of Tatarstan of draft documents of territorial planning of municipal units defining limits of participation of owners in development of infrastructure at implementation of transfer of lands of agricultural appointment to lands of settlements and also ways of the transfer to the municipal property of lands, property or rent on which has been established in the illegal ways; executions of points 1, 5.1, 6.3 of the Commission at the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption dated 3/22/2018 No. 1-18; results of providing data on income, expenses, property and obligations of property character of the persons replacing positions of the public civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry and members of their families; results of evaluating the corruption risks arising at realization by the Ministry it’s functions and entering of specifications into lists of positions of public service which replacement is connected with corruption risks; results of monitoring of information on corruption manifestations in activity of the officials working in the field of activity of the Ministry placed in media, including Internet network and also which is contained in the arriving addresses of citizens and legal entities; results of execution of administrative regulations of rendering public services to legal entities in the I half-year of 2018; questions of observance of requirements of the legislation on the public civil service at revenues to public service, respect of office behavior by public servants of the general principles; about a condition of work on conducting anti-corruption examination of regulations and drafts of regulations; about results of departures with representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan as a part of Republican expert group on questions of anti-corruption to the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018; about results of the analysis of circumstances which became a subject of reaction of law enforcement agencies and control supervisory authorities and information on results of work on prevention of corruption offenses in the territorial subjects of the Russian Federation which are in borders of the Volga Federal District in 2017 which is prepared by the working group of the office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District on coordination of anti-corruption work in regions of the district.
