Period of validity of employment contracts of the premises provided to orphan children in 2013 is expired

The first five-year period of validity of employment contracts of specialized housing stock of the Republic of Tatarstan of 265 premises provided to orphan children in 2013 expired in November of the current year.

According to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of January 12, 2013 No. 8-ZRT "About providing with premises orphan children and children without parental support, and on modification of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About Targeted Social Support of the Population in the Republic of Tatarstan", Law of the Russian Federation of December 21,1996 No. 159-FZ "About additional guarantees on social support of orphan children and children without parental support" the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan made the decision on lack of the circumstances demonstrating finding of the employer in a difficult life situation. In this regard, 112th premises for signing of the contracts of social hiring is excluded from structure of specialized housing stock of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to an order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov these rooms remain in republican property before privatization by citizens of the occupied rooms.
