State Budgetary Institution “Center of state cadastral appraisal” has started to fulfill functions on determining the cadastral value

Since January 1, 2019, the Center of state cadastral appraisal has begun to perform the functions of determining the cadastral value of newly registered land plots with the category of “agricultural land”, as well as previously registered land plots in the event that they are entered into the Unified state register of real estate and real estate objects in respect of which there was a change in their quantitative and (or) qualitative characteristics, in the period between the date of the last state cadastral appraisal and the date of the next state cadastral valuation.

Also in accordance with Part 9 of Article 24 of the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ “On State cadastral appraisal”, a budget institution determines the cadastral value of more than 27,000 land plots with the category “agricultural land”, the cadastral value of which was established in accordance with Article 24.19 of the Federal Law of July 29, 1998 No. 135-FZ "On appraisal activities in the Russian Federation" after January 1, 2018.
