Decisions of the Board of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan
On January 31, 2019 at the meeting of the Management Board of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Board’s Work Plan (published on the website of appraisers) was determined, taking into account the amounts of contributions and discounts, the date of the annual general meeting was determined - March 21, 2019.
The Board approved the previously discussed Regulation on the intercollegiate competition for the best student's final qualifying work in the direction of "Appraisal activity". The members of the Board took into account the proposals of Dmitry Zakhmatov, Neli Mukhamethanova and Lyaili Idiatullina in the draft document. The inter-regional nature of the competition is supposed to be placed on the SRO websites of appraisers of Russia represented in the Union.
During the meeting, information from the co-chair of the Committee for Government Relations Ramil Ibrahimov was heard, a decision was made to expand the Committee’s activities in the field of expert support and a partnership base in the districts. The candidacy of Regina Nureeva on the interaction of municipalities and the Expert Advisory Board of the Partnership in the evaluation of appraisal reports was also approved.
The Board approved the information of Artur Ayupov, Chairman of the Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan on appraisal activities, and draft regulations and work plan of the Committee.
The Executive Directorate was instructed to prepare an appeal to the Ministry of Public Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on: joint participation in outdoor events, a videoconference with the executive authorities, on organizing training for representatives of the Chambers of land and property of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan under the APE programs in the sphere of appraisal activities.
The members of the Board heard and discussed the information of the executive director Oleg Bulgakov about the application for advanced training of 60 employees of the Partnership on the Digitization of Breakthrough Management Technologies program.
The Board decided to organize, in the period from 02/01/2019 to 02/28/2019, the next monitoring of the prices of real estate, land and rental rates as of 03/01/2019. The Partnership Monitoring Committee was asked to supplement the inquiry and final monitoring forms with a request for average values of rental costs and the purchase of residential real estate (private sector, apartment buildings) in municipalities and urban districts of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as to determine the possibility of including the Expert Advisory Board on lease of agricultural land.
In connection with violations p.n. 1,3,4,5,8 Art. 5.2. Of the Charter of the Partnership, the Consulting Group Expert + and Utrade Real Estate LLC are excluded from the NP Union of Appraisers of the the Republic of Tatarstan.
