The meeting of the board of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan based on the results of work in the first half of 2019 was held
On August 28, 2019 the meeting of the board “On the results of the work of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Chambers (Administrations, Committee) of property and land relations of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the first half of 2019” was held under the chairmanship of Minister Azat Khamaev.
At the board meeting, the issues of profitability from managing state and municipal property, providing land to large families, designing hydraulic structures and land under cemeteries, expert support for valuation activities in the state and municipal property management sector, changes in legislation in the field of land and property relations were considered.
Speakers at the board meeting were: Deputy Ministers Eduard Diyarov, Rustem Shameyev, First Deputy Minister Arthur Galiev, Executive Director of the NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Bulgakov, Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry Zulfat Galyautdinov.
At the college, it was noted that for the 6 months of 2019 the state and municipal property received 2 billion 521 million rubles from the consolidated budget, 245.2 million rubles to the republican budget, which is 9.0 million rubles . more than the same period in 2018.
Currently, work is ongoing to ensure the planned revenue from the use and sale of state and municipal property; the provision of land to citizens with three or more children; improving interaction with municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At a board meeting, a number of other issues were discussed. The collegial decision was made on the issues under discussion.
