The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan finishes order taking for participation in an auction for right to sign the contract of rent of an object of the cultural heritage located at the address: Kazan, G. Tuqay St., 113.

Name and characteristic of property:

The uninhabited building "The building of factory and trade association "Krestovnikovy's Brothers", 1897 year of construction, 3-storey (underground floors – 1), total area of 4959,2 sq.m, cadastral number 16:50:011724:53; a garage, 1-storey, total area of 86,6 sq.m, cadastral number 16:50:170916:70, with the land plots with total area of 3150 sq.m (cadastral number 16:50:011724:18) and 492 sq.m (cadastral number 16:50:011724:42) which are an objects of cultural heritage of regional value and being under the state protection according to the Federal law "About Objects of Cultural Heritage (Historical and Cultural Monuments) of the People of the Russian Federation"

The initial (minimum) price of the contract (lot price) – the market value of the monthly rent, - 35 000 rub without the VAT.

Information on holding the auction is posted on the official site of the Russian Federation on the Internet of www.torgi.gov.ru (number of the notice 231017/0050700/02). The application for participation in the auction is submitted in time and in the form established by auction documentation.
