The meeting of the working group on rent of farmlands has taken place
The working group of the NP «Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» has discussed the draft of methodical recommendations for appraisers about estimation of cost of rent of lands of agricultural purpose. The matter is very relevant for producers in the agro-industrial sector of the republic. Against the background of growth of product cost the high rent for use of farmlands is one of essential factors. Experts have made offers on the submitted project for its subsequent approval by Board of Partnership. After carrying out monitoring on the database of Chambers of land and property of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and Territorial authority of Federal State Statistics Service in the Republic of Tatarstan, the table and the recommendation will be included in the next collection of monitoring for September 1 of the current year.
Along with experts of the «NP Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» the staff of appraisal department of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan has participated in the meeting.
