The meeting of the commission of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan on consideration of financial and economic activity of the state unitary enterprises and joint-stock companies with shares of the Republic of Tatarstan in authorized capital has taken place
The meeting of the commission of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan on control of safety of the state property transferred to the economic jurisdiction of the state unitary enterprises and authorized capitals of joint-stock companies which shares are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan has taken place on August 24, 2018 under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Diyarov.
Financial and economic activity of the following enterprises and organizations is considered at the meeting: SUE “Tatarstan Center of Scientific and Technical Information of the Republic of Tatarstan”, SUE “Scientific and Production Association on Geology and Use of a Subsoil of the Republic of Tatarstan”, SUE “Promstroybezopasnost”, JSC ”KAI-LAZER”, JSC ”Bezopasnost dorozhnogo dvizheniya”, JSC “Central Depositary”.
The commission has considered the reasons of unprofitability of activity of data of the enterprises and joint-stock companies and made recommendations about improvement of indicators of financial and economic activity.
Following the results of a meeting the decision on continuation of control of financial and economic activity of data of the enterprises and joint-stock companies is made. In case of deterioration in a situation financial and economic activity of the specified organizations will be considered in addition.
