Inspections out for the effective use and safety of state property were carried out
In July 2020, the State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury conducted 11 inspections of the effective use and safety of state property, enshrined in the operational management of state institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic Tatarstan, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the inspections, the following shortcomings were revealed:
1. There is no registration of ownership of the land plot located at the address: Chistopol, Uritskogo st., 45.
2. The right of operational management has not been formalized and information has not been entered into the Register of state ownership of the building located in the city of Bolgar.
3. The act of verification for compliance of two real estate objects with fire safety standards, located at the address: Zelenodolsk, Plyazhnaya 51.
4. Movable property that is in a bad condition has not been written off.
Based on the results, acts of inspections of state institutions were drawn up. The reports of the institutions on the elimination of violations will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
