Fanil Agliullin held a meeting on the issue of registration of land plots under cemeteries located on the lands of the forest fund.
The videoconference on the issue of registration of land plots under cemeteries located on the lands of the forest fund was held In the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, under the chairmanship of Fanil Agliullin. Representatives of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association Council of Municipal Formations of the Republic of Tatarstan, municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the discussion of the issue.
According to the updated data, as of October 1, 2020, there are 3,677 cemeteries in the Republic of Tatarstan, of which 81 cemeteries are located on the lands of the forest fund.
For cemeteries located on the lands of the forest fund, the situation is as follows: 29 plots under the cemeteries border or partially overlap the lands of the forest fund; 52 cemeteries, completely located on the lands of the forest fund.
For registration of land plots located on the lands of the forest fund, the Ministry of Forestry proposed the option of transferring the category of land plots based on the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation.
At the meeting representative of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan spoke on the procedure for transferring the category of forest lands.
