A webinar was held on the topic: "New rules for integrated development, planning and zoning of territories in 2021"
Employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a webinar on the topic: "New rules for integrated development, planning and zoning of territories in 2021".
From 2021, new rules for the integrated development of territories came into force, simplifying the procedures for allocating already built up but inefficiently used land to developers (Federal Law of December 30, 2020 No. 494-FZ), as well as numerous changes in urban planning and land legislation establishing new rules for the preparation documents of territorial planning and urban planning zoning.
The webinar was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography, developers of new legal norms and leading practitioners in the field of land and urban planning legislation.
