18 June 2021, Friday

Yesterday, the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting with representatives of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, on whose territory an experiment is being conducted on the issue of creating a single information resource on land and real estate. The meeting was chaired by Rustam Nigmatullin, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Operational Headquarters for conducting an experiment to create a single information resource about land and real estate in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, federal state budgetary institution Federal Cadastral Chamber of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, federal state budgetary institution Center of Geodesy, Cartography and spatial data infrastructure, Ministry of Forestry of the Russian Federation, Federal Forestry Agency, various ministries and departments from the Irkutsk region and Krasnodar Territory participating in the experiment.

We remind you that the experiment is being carried out on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, Krasnodar Territory, Irkutsk Region and Perm Territory.

In the course of the work related to the implementation of the experiment on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, many questions arose that affect the implementation of the experiment. That is why, to discuss and resolve many issues, representatives of the regions were invited to a joint meeting in Tatarstan.

The implementation of the experiment will create a discussion platform for active interaction between federal and regional authorities. This will make it possible to systematically update the legal framework governing registration issues.

Updating the database and making it easier for citizens and entrepreneurs to access it will help resolve pressing issues.

An important factor in the implementation of the experiment is the presence of the Unified Electronic Cartographic Framework (UECF) of the regions.

Currently, Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography is implementing the UECF program, within the framework of which digital orthophotomaps (DPM) of a scale of one to ten thousand will be produced this year on the territory of Tatarstan. The UECF is an important component of the Unified Information Resource, the implementation of which, among other things, will make it possible to saturate the spatial data fund, both federal and regional.

The creation of a single information resource will allow working out many existing issues in the field of land and property relations, which will help to improve the investment climate in the region and Russia as a whole, will facilitate the work of the business community, and also solve the problems of the population.
