Schedule for the execution of work on filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate Registers is signed

Today, Fanil Agliullin held a meeting via videoconference on the implementation of the activities of the project of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography "Filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate with the Necessary Information" for 2022-2024 with the participation of the heads of the executive committees of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as representatives of the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service in Republic of Tatarstan and the Spatial Data Foundation of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the meeting, they discussed the schedule for the implementation of work on this project, and also raised the issue of the need for municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan to take effective measures to implement the Federal Law of December 30, 2020 No. 518-ФЗ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts" in identifying and entering into the Unified State Register of Real Estate information about the owners of previously registered real estate objects, as well as to speed up the preparation of territorial planning documents for the timely setting of boundaries in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

For your information, today the Unified State Register of Real Estate contains information about the borders of 1166 out of 3119 settlements that are part of 325 municipalities. Various contractors are working on the master plans for 253 settlements, the implementation of which will ensure the cadastral registration of the boundaries of 885 settlements.

To date, 28 municipal districts are planning to establish the boundaries of settlements through the introduction of changes in the territorial planning scheme.

With regard to the issue of entering information about the boundaries of territorial zones in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, now 285 projects of the land use and building regulations are under development, 566 projects of the land use and building regulations need to be developed.
